Sigh.

I have wanted to post about so many things but I’ve been lazy because I’m really tired of the layout already. I want to change the layout, but I can’t find a nice one for the old Blogger version. I’m actually thinking of getting my own domain and making my own website but I don’t have time to figure out it out. You see, I’m not a techie so it’s not that easy for me. I’m thinking of moving to wordpress but I also have to figure that out, plus, what’s going to happen to all of my past entries!

Sigh.

Post

Was able to update my blog but still behind! I have yet to post about our Singapore Trip, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the movies I’ve watched, my vertigo, Sebastien’s Ice Cream, and Shopwise going green…

Post

So many things to blog about, so little time. It has almost been a month since I last blogged, a mortal sin for someone who has vowed to update her blog more often. Seems that I should be thankful for this vertigo I have because it gave me time to blog. (Or maybe not. Vertigo sucks.)

Things to blog about that I listed down: Britain’s Got Talent, Being a Nerd, Tour de France, Iba Zambales Trip, Baguio Trip, Singapore Trip, and Vertigo. Long list, huh? Well, here goes…

Post

I miss blogging. I miss just writing about my thoughts, deep or shallow, funny or serious. I miss raving about new experiences, and ranting about all the shitty stuff around me. I miss this!

Anyway, how can I summarize the past few months? Basically, everything centered on work and travel, with a few extra things along the way, such as the Tour de France, some interesting movies, and new discoveries.

Looking forward to sharing more thoughts and stories…

Post

Long time no post! I have yet to post about the following: Bohol Trip, Tagaytay roadtrip, Baguio Trip, and Tour de France 2006. In the meantime I’ll just keep posting photos…

Post

Yey! FINALLY! I have a new design. HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY!

Post

I lost my February 18 post. Oh well. There goes my blogging.

Post

Wow, four months of not posting. Been helluva busy the past few months. I actually have two drafts, but those posts were written last September and October. So I figured that it’s better if I just start from scratch. As my starting point, I’ve decided to explain the flicker photos on the right (from the bottom).

Mads won an iPod video last Christmas season, and here she is showing it off. As you can see, she was very excited at that time. Currently, almost all of the members of our team has her own iPod.

Sherwin gave the content girls personalized SIM cards, with different quotes. Sharon’s says “Your shit is stupider than mine” because she’s the one who came up with the expression “Stupid shit”. Mads’ says “Will find content for food” – I honestly don’t know why. She eats the least in the group. But content is our business, so I guess this is still appropriate somehow. Mine says “Fuck! Pengeng content!” and Fen’s says “Shit! Tangina! Pengeng content!” Reflects that expressions we use in the office.

On Christmas day Jovan and I went out with Mads, Lester, and Cathy. We had an after dinner-dinner in North Park Greenhills. Lotsa food! Afterwards we went to Alabang (!) to have coffee at Starbucks. That was fun.

One boring evening sometime after that, we all met up again. We were all wearing red super hero shirts, except for Cathy, who still wanted to be Narnia (ding, ang bato! NARNIA!). Mads’s shirt was an Astroboy shirt, mine was Spiderman, Jovan’s was Flash. The picture’s really silly, and it really captured the essence of that night.

Met up with Bunny, her sisters and her nephew Gabe at Tiendesitas. Gabe is such a doll! But he was irritable that day, probably because it was so hot! We went around, and we found a really cute golden retriever that was sleeping. Sigh, I miss Zagu. :(

I bought a new pair of rubber shoes just recently which I plan to use for boxing. I’m planning to enroll at Elorde one of these days. I… need… to… lose… weight…

The latest picture was taken yesterday with my new service unit, a Nokia 6680. An okay phone, one that I wouldn’t buy on my own though. Jovan and I went to Glorietta to check out Hot Wind, and then Eastwood to watch a movie.

Well, this is a start. Hope I can keep this up throughout the year.

Post

Wow, haven’t blogged for a long time! Been really busy, and when I do have time to blog, I just want to rest.

I guess this entry will be for updates.

WORK

Work has been tough, but it has been great! The people are amazing, and I can feel the growth. I’ve only been in Globe for 3 1/2 months, but it feels like I’ve been there for a long time already. I am so glad that the people I work with are cool. No crabs at all. Just people with the same level of passion and excellence. Love it!

WEDDING PREPARATIONS

The preparations are on-going, and I’m proud to say that I’m not as panicky as I normally would be. I am consciously telling myself to ‘let go’ of the details. We have two months to go but still a lot of details to iron out, but I would like to think that we’re on schedule.

Discovery Weekend

We attended Discovery Weekend during the first weekend of February. I was scared at first because I’ve heard a lot of stories about couples breaking up after attending it. These were people I knew. The first question my officemates asked me when I went to work the monday after was “Kayo pa?” It was a joke of course.

It was a beautiful thing to go through. If you’re thinking about getting married, I would like to recommend that you attend it. For couples who have been together for a long time and who have had a good steady relationship, “RE-DISCOVERY WEEKEND” is a more appropriate name.

Prenup Photo Shoot

We had a prenup photos taken last February 13 at Ateneo, with Dino Lara and Jason Magbanua. There were awkward moments since we had to ‘pose’, but it was fun! We had more fun being ourselves actually. Click here to check out the photos posted in Dino’s site. There are more photos of course, I’m just lazy to resize and upload them. :)

JARS OF CLAY

Thanks to our dear Dodo, we were able to watch the Jars of Clay concert last March 2. I was with Jovan, Mads, Sharon, Rochelle and Fino. As expected, there were a lot of empty seats, but we still had a blast! I could say that everyone who was there were real fans. People sang the songs they knew, clapped, and jumped around. It was so much fun!

SOUTH BEACH DIET

I swear by this diet. I started more than a month ago and I lost inches! (I can’t say I lost weight, I didn’t check at the start and now, my weight’s not going down. But there’s a significant change with the inches.) But, I’m a bit over it and I’ve been cheating for the past two weeks. Need. To. Go. Back. To. Phase. 1.
